Another very popular design for tattoos is one based on your horoscope sign. There are 12 zodiac signs which depend on when you were born. The zodiac has also been the subject of a frenzy of fabulous full body art that is painted on. The results are staggeringly awe inspiring but unfortunately the designs are so large and involve parts of the body that most would not want tattooed so cannot be used as tattoo designs. Many of these full body art paintings also depend on a pose being struck for you to actually see the image.
However, this is not to say that they cannot be used to inspire a zodiac tattoo design, especially today. The colours available for tattoos nowadays are glorious…
The first step is to find out what your star sign is:

Not only are there many different styles of symbols associated with each zodiac sign, there are also a plethora of images and pictures.
For example, Taurus is a bull so you could paint your own picture of a rodeo bull snorting and if you wanted to incorporate a stylised version of the Taurean symbol into your design, maybe as the ring through its nose, who could stop you?
Your tattoo design could be as large and colourful or small and discreet as you wanted it to be. The only word of caution would have to be this – there are many, many zodiac design tattoos out there so if being original matters to you, take the time to find the right design for you. There is nothing worse than walking into a party to see someone wearing your tattoo.
