If you live in the Warsaw area, then you may be able to get a tattoo at a lower cost if you participate in the Toys for Tatts toy drive. Hank’s Tattoo, located at 3865 Lake City Highway is celebrating their fifth annual Toys for Tatts Toy Drive.
Bring in a new unwrapped toy for $50 or less, and the parlor will double this price to discount your tattoo value. For example, if you bring in a toy valued at $20, then you will get $40 off your tattoo cost. The toy drive begins on November 24th, and will continue through December 22. You can drop off toys Monday through Thursday from noon to 8 P.M. and on the weekends from noon to 10:00 P.M.

Hank Hernandez, Hank’s Tattoo owner, said the toy drive is an opportunity for customers to save money on a tattoo and bring in toys for children. When customers bring in toys, they can either get a tattoo that day or schedule an appointment to get a tattoo at a discounted rate.

Last year, there were six families who received toys through the toy drive, according to Hernandez.
He said there are four families who will receive the toys this year. Families to receive the toys are recommended by customers.
But it’s not just toys. Each family that will be helped will also receive two pizzas from Pizza Hut and a bag of homemade goodies. Hernandez’s brother-in-law, Rick Bradley, will dress up like Santa and delivers the toys Dec. 23 with Hernandez, his wife Janie, and sisters-in-law Vickey Prater and Brandi Bradley.
