Tennessee - Jerome R. Flanigan, 36, owner of Irish Creek Tattoo and Piercing in Church Hill, was arrested last week and charged with two counts of piercing a minor and one count of tattooing a minor.
Assistant Chief Roddy Miller was dispatched to a call after a parent became upset when she discovered her daughter had been inked at the Irish Creek Tattoo Parlour.
After a warrant was obtained, authorities arrested Flanigan and search his premises. They located “several items of interest”, according to Miller. Initially, Flanigan had refused to turn himself in, but was spotted as a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for a traffic violation.
