A blunder by a tattoo artist left a Geelong AFL fan with a nasty surprise when the writing above the emblem on his arm read “Gay Premiers 2007? instead of “Day Premiers 2007″!
Neville, a lifelong fan wanted a permanent remainder of his side’s premiership triumph so he planned to get himself inked. He wanted the tattoo on both his arms with the “right arm” and “left arm” as headlines.
So ironic that a person had to pay $150 to get his arm inscribed-literally-with a gay icon. I’m sure the tattoo artist has benefitted greatly from his mistake…or not!
