I always feel somewhat sad for clearly non-Asian people sporting a tattoo done using Asian symbols (Chinese, Japanese, whatever). I know that spelling out “love” or “” in plain English seems kind of mundane and corny (to be honest: it is) and you might think you can make it (and yourself) more interesting, esoteric, or mysterious by having someone doodling it onto your body using Asian symbols, but let’s face it: it doesn’t make you special, interesting, or clever and almost no one (including yourself, according to the above) can read the tattoo. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the embarrassment of having something inked onto your body that you clearly don’t understand.

The Chinese characters tatoo showed in the first photo does’nt mean Cocacola, it’s a Cantonese pronouciation for Watson, if I am right. Nevertheless, it has nothing to do with coca cola. And for the third photo, upper 3 chinese characters don’t combine to a phrase among/between them, and each single character only has neutral meaning. But the last two characters are bad words, meaning “bitch” or literally “cheap person”.

Ha, funny Tattoos. But the first tattoo which is on Vince’s chest is not Coke-cola? it’s a transliterated phrase for “Watson” in Cantonese, but spelled in Chinese. I don’t understand the last tattoo, which looks like a Cantonese sentense, but I think the meaning is not right.

That doesn’t say Coke (????), and Mandarin and Cantonese don’t use the same characters when written out, however Cantonese speakers usually write in Mandarin.?????is Watson’s, some Taiwanese store, but ?? alone would be “Crouching Princess” or something like that. I’d rather have Coke on my chest than either of those.
