I have done all types of tattoos including baby pictures for over 10 years this tattoo is obviously just finished and all tattoos just finished look harsh the light gray shading still has blood in it I hate it when people are so ready to be critical when they don’t know what they are talking about. When this heals it will most likely look fine.

well it is a bad tatoo, but you get what you pay for. portraits are very hard to do and youd have to find a very experienced artist to make one look good.
