In regards to the question as to whether or not, the UV tattoo is visible under normal light I think that it depends on the person who is wearing the tattoo and their skin I have several pieces that are done in UV ink and only one of them is visible and it is because it is still healing at this time. Once it is finished healing, you will have to look very hard to see it under normal light. Depending on your skin, the tattoo can look pink for a couple of months as your skin totally heals. If you have any questions about the the healing process and any complications I may or may not have had, please feel free to email me and I will gladly answer any questions that anyone has. You can find me at superball13@yahoo.com

One more thing, Don't listen to people who have not worked with uv inks and know nothing about them. The ink that I use is probably saver than any other ink in the world and in the 12+ years it has been in use for tattooing. There has never been a reaction to the ink from anyone. Its very safe. This is not the old inks used in the 80s.

Not only are there NO ultraviolet inks approved by the FDA for tattooing, there are also NO inks AT ALL that are approved by the FDA for tattooing. UV tattoos are a bad bad bad idea. Sure they look cool that 10% of the time (at most) that you are under black light, but the risks are not worth it. There are still plenty of people that will be glad to tell you otherwise and take your money however.
